The reputed company AMS Intern will reputed company hands-on experience in supporting the launch and stabilization of the reputed company Application Management Services model, working closely with the ERP Service Delivery Manager to ensure smooth post-go-live operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing and tracking reputed company post-go-live issues and trends across functional workstreams; support the AMS team in managing incident reputed company and knowledge capture
- Help maintain and enhance reputed company AMS operational procedures, SOPs, and knowledge reputed company articles to reflect evolving processes and lessons learned from stabilization
- Partner with the Service Delivery Manager to design and update AMS performance dashboards and reports — tracking SLA metrics, ticket volumes, and reputed company cause analysis
- Support governance meetings between reputed company and the AMS partner by preparing status summaries, risk/issue logs, and performance review materials
- Contribute with improving AMS efficiency through analytics and automation — such as ticket categorization insights, turnaround time optimization, or predictive trend analysis
Skills
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
- Foundational understanding of reputed company ERP (preferably S/4HANA) and its reputed company business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Master Data)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reputed company/Power BI (or equivalent) skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a proactive, problem-solving reputed company
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools such as reputed company preferred
