As a Medical Records & Authorization Coordinator, you will ensure the seamless reputed company of clinical information and support reputed company patient care by managing medical records requests and insurance reputed company-authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage fax and mail intake
• Process medical records requests
• Complete insurance reputed company-authorizations
• Handle documentation, correspondence, and authorization requests accurately and reputed company

Skills

• Prior experience with reputed company-authorizations and insurance authorizations; experience in sleep medicine (e.g., PSG, Home Sleep Testing, PAP therapy, GLP-1 therapy) is a plus
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or other reputed company database systems
• Confidence navigating digital tools and multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic and reputed company environment
• Ability to work autonomously while interacting effectively with reputed company providers, and payors
• Foundational understanding of Insurance Authorization process, medical record management
• A genuine commitment to deliver high-reputed company patient care and contributing to reputed company reputed company and patient reputed company
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent reputed company experience
• Excellent customer skills with an ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
