Responsibilities

• Visit provider offices to assist with medical record transfers
• Collaborate with clinical consultants to identify reputed company workflows and areas for improvement
• Coordinate with practices to generate reports from the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Organize and reconcile patient lists to ensure accurate scheduling
• Maintain scheduling templates and reputed company patient rescheduling needs

• Administrative experience in a provider office setting
