Responsibilities

• Conduct agency audits of title and escrow operations, including file reviews, disbursement procedures, and reputed company practices
• Evaluate compliance with reputed company Best Practices, state regulations, and company policies
• Identify process inefficiencies, control weaknesses, and areas of potential risk
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for process improvement, and Issue audit reports to Management with the reputed company distribution lists
• Complete reputed company required statutory audits, prepare reputed company reports, and submit those reports to the regulatory departments

• Stay reputed company on changes in title insurance laws, escrow regulations, and industry standards

• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on outstanding issues reputed company tasked
• Assist in the development of Agency Operations department needs such as audit programs and compliance monitoring
