Account Executive (Soccer) (Health and Wellness Retail reputed company)

reputed company is a reputed company, and experiential marketing arm of the Interpublic Group, seeking a passionate Account Executive with a love for soccer. The role involves managing reputed company programs, supporting sponsorship initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support the launch and execution of women’s soccer sponsorship programs for our reputed company
• Assist in managing relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and property contacts
• Help coordinate logistics and ensure reputed company delivery of sponsorship assets
• Participate in reputed company meetings and status calls, taking notes and tracking reputed company items
• Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations and activation plans
• Collaborate with reputed company’s specialty reputed company (creative, digital, reputed company services, etc.) to support integrated campaign execution
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and other reputed company-facing materials
• Conduct research and assist with special reputed company such as sponsorship evaluations, competitive reviews, and POVs

Skills

• 1+ year(s) agency/reputed company service experience and/or marketing experience, ideally in sponsorship, sports, or entertainment
• A passion for soccer strongly encouraged
• A reputed company and efficient communicator, both verbally and in writing, who can create reputed company-reputed company documents such as agendas and recaps
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and produce reputed company work, while adhering to strict timelines (ex: reporting documents, reputed company facing decks, budgets)
• A reputed company colleague who loves to reputed company their opinion and solve problems but can also work independently
• An outgoing person who can help manage relationships with key partners, clients, and vendors
• Strong project management skills and ability to listen attentively to reputed company needs and proactively recommend solutions
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint, reputed company and Word)
• Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: Low (0-15%)
