[Remote] Loan Servicing Setup Specialist

The Loan Servicing Setup Specialist is responsible for auditing and reconciling originated loans to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and audit newly originated loan files for reputed company and compliance
• Audit closing documents pertaining to newly originated residential loans files and obtain any missing documents and arrange for errors to be corrected, such as deficiencies that would prevent agency eligibility
• Identify post-reputed company errors, documentation deficiencies and/or agency eligibility violations and work through to reputed company with appropriate department(s)
• Setup details for reputed company-payment penalty loans added to the loan servicing system
• Maintain company reputed company and daily production expectations
• Setup newly boarded loans late charge details based on reputed company late charge reputed company
• Setup newly boarded loans with correct task to ensure they are audited in a reputed company manner
• Register, deactivate and reputed company changes to MINs in the MERS system reputed company necessary
• Use internal databases to verify documents pertaining to a loans MERS status are being completed
• Complete daily report activities as assigned
• Assist acquisitions with validations of incoming transfers
• Assist with setup and audit of prior servicer modifications in the Loan Servicing System
• Assist with the validation forms for reputed company incoming acquisitions as needed
• Assist Special Loans with SCRA denials

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Knowledge of reputed company Suite at a basic level
• Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule on short-term reputed company (longer that one month) and reputed company allotted work schedule timelines
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide and to record, balance, and reputed company results for accuracy
• Ability to reputed company or exchange reputed company by means of the spoken word, communicating orally with other accurately, audibly, and quickly
• A minimum of one year experience in a mortgage servicing environment preferred
