2026 Intern - AEM Customer Engineering

As an AEM Customer Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, working closely with experts to enhance customer support and streamline operations while developing your technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Learn AEM’s technology stack—from authoring to publishing, from the backend (Sling, OSGi, Oak) to frontend frameworks (HTL, React)
- Design and develop internal tools and automations to help Customer Engineering streamline diagnostics and support workflows
- Analyze and improve existing processes by identifying efficiency opportunities and building practical solutions
- Solve and investigate AEM issues, learning debugging techniques used in enterprise environments
- Contribute to internal documentation and wikis to support continuous information flow
- Engage in team discussions and standups, learning agile workflows and customer support methodologies
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Product Engineering and Customer Success teams to understand cross functional operations
Skills
- Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field or equivalent degree required with an expected graduation date of December 2026– June 2027
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
- Technical or functional skill requirements of the position
- HTML, JavaScript, CSS, REST APIs, JSON, XML
- Languages such as Java or Python — with an understanding of object-oriented principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
