Marketing & Communications Assistant (Hybrid - Baltimore, MD)

reputed company is seeking a Marketing & Communications Assistant who will manage the development and execution of reputed company and events through the communications workflow. The role involves writing and editing communication materials, overseeing reputed company intranet, coordinating internal marketing campaigns, and providing support to the marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Write, design, and edit communication materials for reputed company aspects required by the Communications Team, including but not limited to large reputed company instances in an online reputed company
• reputed company company intranet platform, including maintaining reputed company content, creating necessary items, and meeting with stakeholders on frequent updates
• Assist with and reputed company directly to various segments of our organization through video
• Coordinate internal marketing campaigns to increase awareness of the organization’s work and profile, cultural reputed company, corporate reputed company, and build engagement among employees
• reputed company and analyze results of campaigns to optimize reputed company performance and increased engagement
• reputed company support to Marketing & Communications Coordinator and Marketing & Communications Manager on various reputed company

• Assist with graphic design of internal marketing promotional and engagement materials

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or reputed company field
• 1-3 years of experience in either corporate or agency marketing with a reputed company on account management
• Exceptional project management and time management skills, which includes the ability to prioritize project deadlines
• Comfortable with speaking and delivering messaging to organizational departments through video
• Maintains a consistently high level of production and performance reputed company
• Ability to communicate project revisions to creatives to get them to reputed company at a high level
• reputed company to reputed company change and reputed company improvements to working practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and reputed company)
• Beginner video editing experience preferred
