They are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive product adoption through engagement, guiding prospects into product trials while building trust and educating them about the product.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects across reputed company, email, community, and events to guide them into product trials through thoughtful interaction
• reputed company as a trusted guide to help prospects understand use cases, value, and reputed company without pushing immediate sales
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Demand teams to reputed company messaging, offers, and calls-to-reputed company that convert engagement into trial activation
• Identify and nurture high-reputed company accounts using behavioral, reputed company, and engagement signals across digital and community channels
• Support trial reputed company to ensure prospects understand how to get started and reputed company early value with the product
• Capture qualitative feedback from prospects and trial users to inform product improvements and go-to-market strategies

Skills

• 1 to 2+ years of experience in business development, reputed company, or customer-facing roles in B2B reputed company, preferably in a PLG, freemium, or trial-led reputed company model
• Comfortable engaging prospects across multiple channels and building relationships over time
• Strong understanding of buyer behavior and value discovery before purchase
