Care Navigator - Hybrid

The Care Navigator plays a crucial role in providing support to patients and families, ensuring a seamless care experience through effective communication and administrative assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Seamless Patient Experience: Be the main reputed company of contact for established patients, fielding inbound calls, messages, and emails with exceptional responsiveness, reputed company, and professionalism.
