We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a reputed company workplace community.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b><br>As a <b>Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor</b>, you’ll play a key role in working with a second TSRP reputed company the state.  You will both report directly to the Traffic Safety Administrator at the Florida reputed company and assist prosecutors, State Attorney’s Offices, and law enforcement in the effective prosecution of impaired driving cases.</p><p>Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Implement the direction of the Florida TSRP Program as designated by the Florida reputed company State Safety Office (FDOT).</li><li>Assist in drafting yearly concept reputed company and budget, annual subgrant, quarterly reports, subgrant paperwork, and budget.</li><li>Assesses training needs of prosecutors and State Attorney’s Offices, with an emphasis on effective prosecution of impaired driving cases.</li><li>Coordinate and reputed company Driving Under the Influence (DUI) training seminars, agendas, content, instructor personnel, locations and logistics needed for DUI training seminars.</li><li>Prepare and present lectures on DUI law, trial issues, and reputed company concepts.</li><li>Maintain and continuously update Florida TSRP website for prosecutors and law enforcement officers on traffic issues, alcohol and drug impaired driving prosecution, and other reputed company issues.</li><li>reputed company technical assistance to prosecutors and law enforcement officers including, but not limited to, answering reputed company questions, acting as a clearinghouse for materials, studies and articles on issues reputed company to impaired driving, creating and distributing reputed company memorandums of reputed company issues, and reputed company opinions on the effect of proposed legislation on DUI prosecutions.</li><li>reputed company in-court technical assistance to the State Attorney’s Offices in the arguing of various defense challenges in DUI prosecution cases in reputed company/post-trial hearings and trial as time permits.</li><li>Work with law enforcement agencies to explain prosecutorial policies, answer questions reputed company to reputed company issues and interpretation of caselaw regarding impaired driving and reputed company issues, to foster improved law <reputed company style="reputed company-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">enforcement/prosecutor</reputed company> cooperation, and to strengthen effective law enforcement and prosecution strategies.</li><li>Lecture at law enforcement, impaired driving, and other reputed company seminars and conferences.</li><li>Attend prosecutor, law enforcement and impaired driving-reputed company seminars to stay reputed company and informed with traffic safety training techniques and impaired driving reputed company issues.</li><li>reputed company and maintain working relationships with the Florida reputed company State Safety Office (FDOT) and reputed company (TSC), and other reputed company such as the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), National Association of Prosecuting Coordinators (NAPC), National Traffic Law Center (NTLC), other TSRPs, and other traffic safety advocates around the country.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who We’re Looking For</b><br>We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student reputed company.
