About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients have a positive and seamless experience while resolving their account inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Your exceptional communication skills, compassion, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team. You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts in a timely manner
  • Being available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handling time standards
  • Treating customers with compassion and respect, protecting their privacy, and maintaining confidentiality
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to patients, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision, maintaining productivity and meeting performance standards
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer applications, software, and technology

Preferred qualifications include:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, medical terminology, and billing practices

  • NorCal (Napa, Sonoma): $21.82 - $33.99
  • Southern California, NorCal (Humboldt): $19.45 - $30.29
  • WA Puget Sound: $18.66 - $29.06
  • Oregon (Portland): $18.66 - $29.06
  • Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside): $17.39 - $27.09
  • Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla): $16.60 - $25.86
  • Montana: $15.02 - $23.40
  • Texas/New Mexico: $14.23 - $22.17
