**Job Description:**
As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide superb customer care to clients by taking calls with an expert, insightful, and thoughtful attitude
* Answer client messages with clear, concise, and step-by-step guidelines
* Data entry and examination within various PC applications, including our e-commerce platform (www.arenaflex.com)
* Information and research orders/solicitations
**Expected Responsibilities – Prerequisites:**
* Solid computer skills, and experience in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Solid verbal and written communication skills
* Great critical thinking skills, adapting quickly to change, and attention to detail
* Ability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient grammar and writing skills
* Ability to interact and work well with other representatives
* Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
* Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset
