**What You'll Do in This Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport with the customer
* Clarifying customer requirements, using decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking
* Resolving overdue bills, collecting payments from the party responsible for the debt, and addressing client queries regarding delinquent accounts and helping to develop repayment plans
* Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services
* Preparing complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required
* Being tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking database
* Ensuring service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator
**Your Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma and/or GED
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
* Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
* The ability to work rotational shifts as needed
* Live within 25 to 30 mile radius of our Arnold, MO site
