Some of the perks include: * Independence to practice with a supportive team and administrative backing * Flexibility to manage your schedule and work-life balance * A balance between fun and serious activities * Access to exceptional tools, training, and resources * Evidence-based guidelines and access to appraisal and treatment planning tools to enhance patient care * Opportunities to practice at the top of your clinical license with the support of our clinical care team * Unmatched professional development opportunities and learning experiences * Patient charting and follow-up completed in the center during the shift, with no take-home work **Responsibilities** As a medical professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive and family-centered care that includes: * Precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions * Health guidance and attitude anticipating our patients * Regulatory obligations, including opening/shutting the center, stock, patient flow, checking insurance and collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment * Managing patient arrangements and performing guiding assessments to ensure positive patient outcomes * Encouraging patients to become active participants in their healthcare and well-being through services like health screenings, social well-being, and health, chronic condition management **Required Capabilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following capabilities: * Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care that includes precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health guidance, and attitude anticipating our patients * Request and direct vaccinations and injections (including COVID-19, flu, TB, and Depo) and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccination guidance and education * A minimum of two years of clinically relevant experience or equivalent * Complete the Spoke certification test within 30 days of employment * Depending on the market, the ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages, not limited to including Spanish * Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and working a Automated External Defibrillator (AED) * Pass a FIT assessment and wear the provided respirator mask when required **Preferred Capabilities** While not required, we prefer candidates with the following capabilities: * If under one year of work experience as a licensed provider, earlier student precepting experience with arenaflex is preferred, but not necessary * A graduate degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role * Or in select states, a Master of Science in Doctor of Nursing Practice (or other health-related graduate degree or equivalent experience along with a Four-year education in science in Doctor Colleague Studies) with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the job. **Training and Development** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your professional growth and development.
