**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, chat, video conferencing, and other forms of communication in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-tier customer experiences while adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
* Collaborating with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, financial services, and technology
* Meeting or exceeding business objectives and targets, and utilizing various software systems, applications, and search tools to find information and resolve customer issues
* Working extra hours on a case-by-case basis, and being available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
**Requirements:**
* 6+ years of experience in customer service, financial services, or contact center operations, or equivalent experience through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven call center environment
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and integrity when interacting with customers and colleagues
* Ability to meet or exceed business objectives and targets, and utilize various software systems, applications, and search tools to find information and resolve customer issues
* Knowledge, understanding, and experience of web, mobile, and social media technology
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Military experience resolving complex issues through written or verbal communication, including but not limited to, supply chain requests, updating personnel records, addressing benefits or pay questions, resolving errors, and investigating customer inquiries
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Knowledge of financial services, products, and regulations
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
**Work Environment:**
* This position is a remote work opportunity, and you will be required to work from home
* You will be expected to attend a full-term training program, which will be paid and will start on August 26th
* You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and may be required to work extra hours on a case-by-case basis
* You will be eligible for a shift differential under the provisions of the shift differential policy
