You'll be responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our products or services to customers, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** As an Associate, Customer Acquisition Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Working within a dedicated territory and team for your assigned client to achieve your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services, may offer up-sell opportunities * Providing accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast * Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements * Initiating steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage * Managing external competitive pressures and handling objections to retain customers or win new customers * Managing a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound * Working with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects * Maintaining the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured * Undertaking sales motions which might include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts * Working with a team and reporting directly to a Sales Manager **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity * Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals * Experience in high-volume calling * Experience learning new technology and data * Problem-solving skills * Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs * Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM * Experience or willingness to work from home **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience in a similar role within the industry * Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong sales and customer service skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to learn new technology and data quickly * Strong product knowledge and technical understanding of services * Ability to manage external competitive pressures and handle objections **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
