About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent Trainee at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via telephone, email, web, and other channels. You will be working from our central offices in Sils, where you will be immersed in a unique and fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving. Through our Kave Campus program, you will have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in real-world projects, working alongside experienced professionals and acquiring essential skills and competencies for your professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and personalized customer service via telephone, email, web, and other channels
- Manage incidents related to transportation and product issues
- Offer expert advice to customers on product quality, features, and technical support
- Handle customer complaints and returns, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
- Prepare and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize customer service operations
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company. If you are a university student or recent graduate in an administrative field, with excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is highly valued. You must be able to sign a curriculum or extracurricular practice agreement with universities or study centers.
Essential Qualifications
- University student or recent graduate in an administrative field
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Results-driven mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
