- Handling incoming cases and extracting data from medical documents
- Entering data into our electronic database using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word
- Working independently and in partnership with other team members to address questions and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Using critical thinking steps to determine next steps and reaching out to clients via phone to obtain missing information
- Providing excellent customer service and client coordination over the phone
Key Responsibilities
