As an FNOL Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch inbound communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. These claims are crucial in reporting damage to our clients' property, and your role will play a significant part in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Communicate effectively with customers, entering data accurately into our customized database, and ensuring that reputed company information is up-to-date and precise.
