Job Overview

In this full-time work-from-home position, you'll have the opportunity to work with our many cardholders, providing top-notch customer service and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving inquiries, authorizing sales, and maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information. Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • 6 months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience
  • Confidence using a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work in a team environment, promoting collaboration and mutual respect
  • Must be 18 years old or older and have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Kansas City, KS, and be willing to attend in-person training sessions as required
