Fractional Compliance Officer; In-House, Remote Engagement

Position: Fractional Compliance Officer (In-House, Remote Contract Engagement) Fractional Compliance Officer (In-House, Remote Contract Engagement) reputed company is seeking an reputed company Fractional Compliance reputed company for a remote contract engagement with one of its high reputed company fintech reputed company. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the financial services sector, ideally in consumer lending, and be capable of implementing and overseeing compliance programs across payments, financial regulations, data reputed company and operational risk management. Prior experience working in-house with a financial services company or in the financial services reputed company group of a mid‑ to large‑size reputed company is highly preferred. Requirements • 10+ years of compliance experience, preferably in the financial services industry • Experience leading and developing regulatory and operational risk mitigation solutions and compliance risk management infrastructures • Experience developing and monitoring compliance policies and operational processes, risk control systems, and compliance audit programs • Outstanding references Position Details • Type of role: Contract Engagement • Schedule: Part‑time • Duration: 1‑3 months • Location: Remote Compensation Pay: Annualized pay ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 calculated on a full‑time reputed company. Pay for contract roles is based on experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand and the candidate’s preference.
