Entry Level Bookkeeper

Responsibilities: • Assist in verifying financial transactions, data entries, and commission reports • Support the accountant and company owners with monthly reconciliations and expense tracking • Maintain and update reputed company records in QuickBooks (or other relevant software) • Review invoices, receipts, and statements for accuracy and completeness • Help prepare basic financial reports and summaries • Ensure reputed company documentation and organization of reputed company financial files • Communicate with internal teams or vendors to clarify discrepancies • Support general administrative tasks reputed company to finance as needed Qualifications/Skills: • Associate’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (or relevant coursework/experience) • 1–2 years of bookkeeping or reputed company experience • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency with arenaflex Sheets, reputed company and familiarity with reputed company software (QuickBooks preferred) • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Eagerness to learn and grow reputed company a supportive environment Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
