Position: Media Buyer (Full-time / Remote – CET±2 time) A fast-scaling e-commerce operator with 8 years of experience, multiple brands, several 8-figure achievements, and a growing ecosystem at the intersection of e-commerce, education, and personal brand building is expanding its acquisition team. Current focus includes : A fragrance brand targeting $100M in annual revenue within 24 months through e-commerce and wholesale (currently active in the EU, expanding to the US and worldwide in the coming weeks). Main Mission • Meta and Tik Tok Ownership → Build, manage, and scale ad campaigns end-to-end • Testing Systems → Structure creative tests, audience tests, and funnel optimizations • Scaling → Identify winners and scale efficiently while maintaining CAC targets • Performance Analysis → Daily and weekly reporting on CAC, CTR, ROAS, CPR, and volume trends • Creative Collaboration → Work closely with the Creative Strategist and content teams • Funnel Optimization → Propose improvements across creatives, landing pages, and offers • Budget Allocation → Manage spend with precision, discipline, and accountability You • 2–5 years of experience running performance ads for e-commerce • Demonstrated ability to scale budgets while maintaining KPIs • Strong analytical mindset with mastery of attribution and key performance metrics • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Reliable, autonomous, data-focused, and structured in execution • English fluency (French is a plus) • Based in CET ±2 or UAE / CH timezone preferred What We Offer • Performance-based salary growth tied directly to results • Remote, flexible work environment • High-performance culture with rapid decision-making • Access to best-in-class courses, playbooks, and frameworks • Opportunity to join future in-house teams in Dubai as expansion continues Apply via form, in loom please explain : • A campaign you scaled successfully • Your testing structure • How you approach the link between creative, data, and iteration Applications without a Loom will be less prioritized. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
