Litigation Paralegal (Remote)
Litigation Paralegal | Remote | FL, AL, SC, LA, GA, NC, TN
A national, AmLaw 200 full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team - experience in commercial litigation/mass torts and/or drug and medical device litigation preferred. This role offers flexibility, including remote work options, and requires occasional travel for training, trial preparation, and other in-person events.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support to trial counsel throughout all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through trial and resolution
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery materials, and other litigation-related documents
• Conduct factual investigations and assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials
• Manage, organize, and review complex litigation documents using platforms such as Relativity or similar tools
• Ensure compliance with state and federal court filing procedures and rules
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• 5 years of litigation experience
• Proficiency in document review platforms and familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Asana preferred
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work overtime and travel for trials as needed
• Prior experience accurately recording billable hours
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Competitive compensation in the $85K-$115K range, based on experience
