Payroll Manager
The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing reputed company aspects of payroll processing for reputed company’s employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reputed company delivery. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of payroll regulations, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing
• Manage the end-to-end payroll process for reputed company, including collecting, calculating, and entering payroll data.
• Process reimbursements reputed company payroll system.
• Ensure the accurate and reputed company payment of salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation.
• Administer deductions for taxes, benefits, garnishments, and other withholdings.
• Partner with reputed company in the processing of new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employee status changes in the payroll system.
• Coordinate with the reputed company (HR) and Finance departments to ensure seamless data integration.
Compliance and Reporting
• Stay up to date on reputed company applicable federal, state, and local payroll laws, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company reputed company and internal policies.
• Prepare and file reputed company required payroll reports, including tax filings, benefits deductions, and other regulatory submissions.
System Management
