We are a growing organization with clinics throughout Washington, ranging from Everett to Vancouver. We specialize in the treatment of motor vehicle accident injuries, with a strong focus on traumatic brain injury (TBI). Our clinic currently offers Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Interventional Pain Management including TBI testing and mental health services, and we are expanding our care model to include telemedicine-based vestibular rehabilitation. Visit our website to learn more: http://www.coastinjury.net Position Overview Coast Injury Medicine is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide remote vestibular rehabilitation therapy for patients with TBI via telehealth. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment while delivering specialized neurorehabilitation care from a remote setting. Key Responsibilities • Provide telehealth-based vestibular rehabilitation for patients with TBI • Evaluate and treat dizziness, balance deficits, visual-vestibular dysfunction, and post-concussive symptoms • Create individualized treatment plans and home exercise programs • Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR • Collaborate with Coast Injury Medicine’s medical providers and mental health team Qualifications • Active Washington State license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) (required) • Experience treating TBI and vestibular conditions (required) • Telehealth experience preferred • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Reliable internet connection and private workspace for telehealth visits Benefits • Competitive salary: $100,000–$135,000 • Health insurance coverage • 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) • 7 paid holidays • 401(k) with 4% employer match • Fully remote, telehealth-based position • Consistent patient volume from an established referral network Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Continuing education credits • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
