The Role We’re looking for a highly effective collections specialist to join our team, focusing exclusively on managing A/R collections for our corporate clients. In this role, you will manage the full arenaflex of collection activities—including calling strategies and communications. You will ensure timely collection of outstanding balances, supporting A/R reconciliations and maintenance of client metadata. You’ll proactively identify and resolve issues, while ensuring all collection activity is handled professionally, efficiently, and in line with company policies and applicable guidelines.
