[Remote] Senior/Principal - Cloud Solutions Architect, Cloud Security and Governance, Remote

They are seeking a dynamic team member to join their Cloud Security and Governance team, where the role involves tackling real-world challenges in cloud security, interfacing with customers, and enhancing cloud governance tools.
Responsibilities
• Tackle real-word challenges in cloud security and governance
• Interface with cloud customers to provide security and governance insight to their solutions and resolve security policy issues
• Solve critical issues and help shape the future of cloud policy frameworks that protect our customers
• Enhance and manage our cloud governance and security tools to keep pace with the latest advancements
• Investigate and mitigate threats as you play a pivotal role in cybersecurity incident response
• Collaborate with cybersecurity team to safeguard our cloud environment against evolving threats
• Partner with Cyber Information Assurance team to conduct in-depth security assessments and ensure compliance
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity or related field; or equivalent (Associate's degree + 4 years or no degree + 8 years); plus 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with creating Azure security and governance policies (i.e., writing and creating definitions, creating assignments, fixing broken policies, etc.)
• Experience with Cybersecurity Incident Response processes (i.e., Cloud Security)
• Experience with Cloud or Network Based Forensics
• Experience with automating processes via scripting and DevOps pipelines
• Experience with SIEM and SOAR technologies (Splunk, Azure Sentinel, or Sumologic)
• Experience with Microsoft Technologies and M365 SaaS products
• Experience with Cloud Security such as Zero Trust, and Assume Breach concepts
• Cloud Policy framework
• Understanding of Policy as Code
• Understanding of Cloud monitoring, and alerting capabilities
• Cloud Secure Scoring and implementation
• Experience with Kusto Query Language
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel
