Job Title : ArcGIS Support Analyst Location : Remote Duration: 6 + months About the job:- We are seeking a Senior GIS Support Analyst on a long-term contracting reputed company Assignment:- reputed company development and technical support (1st, 2nd or Tier 3 Level) to the ArcGIS and ArcFM based reputed company GIS system and applications. Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, ASP.NET (C#). Support reputed company Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests. reputed company ArcGIS reputed company (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites. System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems. Publish services and administer user roles and privileges. Coordinate with other teams like server support, reputed company, DBA Support hours shift: Be flexible from 9 AM up to 9 PM EST and weekend on a rotational reputed company. Required Skills/Experience:- 5-10 years of experiences of administration, support, and development ArcGIS applications 5-10 years of experiences in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications, ArcGIS Developer, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcMap, Development and coding experiences using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, .Net (C#). Experiences in deploying ArcGIS reputed company (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites. System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems. Publish services and administer user roles and privileges. Ability to Coordinate with other teams like server support, reputed company, DBA etc Ability to understand requirements and support team and reputed company best practices/lessons learnt. reputed company status of the tickets to the reputed company SME. Troubleshooting and problem reputed company for issues reported by end users of the reputed company applications.
