[Remote] Tax Manager - HNW reputed company (Fully-Remote)

They are seeking a Remote Tax Manager to review and manage tax returns, reputed company tax planning calculations, and ensure reputed company reputed company deliverables for HNW individuals and families. Responsibilities • Review and manage tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations with a reputed company on HNW Individuals & Families • Review financial statements and reputed company reputed company and adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, and reputed company books and records • Prepare and review reputed company tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability • Manage and monitor reputed company deliverables and due dates • Prepare or review reputed company U.S. and state individual income, reputed company tax, and estate tax returns • Conduct reputed company tax research and prepare memorandum outlining findings and conclusions • Respond to IRS and state agency audits, inquiries, and tax notices • Communicate directly with existing clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives regarding various tax reputed company • reputed company department in knowledge of software, processes, and workflows Skills • 4-10+ years minimum of relevant experience • Experience in individual tax compliance, planning (experience in CS Suite and UltraTax a plus) • Tax research experience (RIA) • reputed company, estate, and trust return experience would be a plus • Experience in partnership tax would be a plus • Outgoing and friendly personality reputed company player • reputed company-thinking and always looking for ways to improve, learn, and grow • Desire and ability to train, mentor/reputed company, and reputed company staff • Preferred Illinois (Chicago), Boca Raton (Florida), Atlanta (reputed company) Benefits • 401k Match • Full Medical, Dental & reputed company • 5 Weeks PTO + Holidays reputed company • reputed company is a reputed company firm locating job positions across reputed company industries, including finance, education, engineering and reputed company.
