About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data entry and live chat specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our end-to-end voice of the customer method. This includes helping to develop and maintain our new voice of the customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by Qualtrics, our survey vendor. You will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the agile team in technology to drive this initiative forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the application teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs, growing information of voice of the purchaser methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone large data platform.
- Design and build a strong data model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions, allowing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure data first-rate and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case degree, providing guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem.
- Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools, proactively identifying and automating manual tasks to improve best and efficiency.
- Collaborate with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test the statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no longer less than 3+ years. You should be familiar with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups. Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables is also essential.

- Strong understanding of data modeling and architecture principles.
