Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and provide top-notch customer service to our clients' customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats. As a fanatical customer advocate, you will address customer service issues, resolve non-routine problems, and provide detailed product information to customers. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and online chats in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer interactions meet our quality standards
  • Capture prospect information, including name, address, phone number, email, product of interest, and source, to ensure accurate customer records
  • Provide detailed product information, including brand, current nameplates, and performance capabilities, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Define consumer needs by asking relevant questions, selecting fulfillment items, and completing price and equips statements for customers
  • Locate dealers following standard dealerization rules and categorize callers to offer appropriate touchpoints, such as warm transfers to a dealer
  • Provide website navigation assistance to customers, helping them to find the information they need on our client's website
  • Escalate outstanding issues to ensure prompt resolution and provide goodwill to customers on behalf of our client, within established guidelines
  • Conduct CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and answer any additional customer questions
  • Invite customers to attend events, as required, to promote our client's products and services
  • Follow critical elements of our call and file handling process, staying current with center procedures, product information, and online resource tools
  • Manage customer complaints from initial call to resolution, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is essential for this role
  • Courteous and strong customer service orientation, with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Dependable and proficient attention to detail, with the ability to rotate shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales or marketing background, with experience building rapport with customers over the phone
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of automotive products and services
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and online resource tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
