Key Responsibilities

• Research, gather, and analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain customer-driven dashboards to track key performance metrics and support product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, product management, and business leadership, to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
• Apply quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques to identify opportunities and challenges
• Define and evaluate key performance metrics for new product launches and initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in data analysis, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The following qualifications and skills are required:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• Strong experience with languages used to manipulate and analyze large datasets, such as SQL, Python, and Presto
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong understanding of data quality tools and concepts, such as Google DataPlex, Collibra, or SAS Data Management
• Experience with quality testing using Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca
• Experience building multi-step ETL jobs and working with workflow scheduling systems
• Experience processing complex data on cloud platforms, such as Google BigQuery or Hive
• Basic understanding of statistical and machine learning models
• Prior experience in the retail or financial services industry is a plus
