Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, and we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Process orders, handle returns, and resolve shipping issues in accordance with company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to resolve customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Perform additional administrative tasks, such as contacting vendors and placing orders, as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Sales experience is a plus, but not required. You must be proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to multitask with ease.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work from home and maintain a dedicated workspace during working hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology
  • Knowledge of order management and shipping processes
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills a plus

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $15.63 - $17.22 per hour
  • Benefits: on-the-job training, work from home, and opportunities for advancement and career growth
  • Shift: 8-hour shift, day shift, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00-5:00 EST
  • Expected hours: 18 hours per week
