Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties that are critical to the success of our client services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to enrollment service calls, providing accurate information, mailing requested materials, and escalating issues as needed to ensure seamless support for our clients.
  • Educating clients on managed care principles and helping them navigate health plan options, which requires a deep understanding of healthcare services and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assessing clients' healthcare needs and facilitating their selection of appropriate health plans, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
  • Assisting clients with the enrollment and disenrollment processes for health plans, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken and that clients are fully informed throughout the process.
  • Receiving, sorting, and reviewing enrollment/disenrollment forms for accuracy and completeness, maintaining meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Processing enrollment/disenrollment forms efficiently and sending necessary correspondence to clients, utilizing computer systems and software to manage data and communicate with clients effectively.
  • Collaborating with the Central Operations Supervisor to address client concerns and escalate issues as required, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-focused approach to resolving problems.
  • Providing managed care education and enrollment services during peak call volumes, maintaining a high level of performance and composure under pressure.
  • Supporting mailroom functions when necessary, contributing to the smooth operation of the team and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays as part of the regular schedule, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to meeting the needs of our clients.
  • Adhering to performance criteria and standards set by Call Center management, continuously striving for excellence in customer service delivery and process efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications:

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach, showing a genuine passion for delivering outstanding support and service to clients.
  • Proficient computer skills, including typing (minimum 35 WPM) and familiarity with dual-screen systems, enabling you to efficiently manage data and communicate with clients.
  • Reliable attendance with punctuality during scheduled shifts, maintaining a high level of commitment and responsibility in your work.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and willingness to support colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and productive team environment.
