About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a remote agent, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of vendors to plan vacations ranging from theme park vacations, honeymoon getaways, destination weddings, bachelorette parties, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and much more. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client has a stress-free and enjoyable vacation experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research various destinations and needs of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, and more
  • Diagnose clients' specifications and suggest suitable travel packages and/or services
  • Organize travel from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients
  • Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel material, including itineraries, travel documents, and destination guides
  • Collect deposits and manage client payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional material to sell itineraries and tour packages, highlighting the benefits and value of our services
  • Handle unforeseen issues and determine eligibility for credits/refunds, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain relationships with key persons, including vendors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction
  • Keep financial statements and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ask for help and guidance when needed, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English, with multilingualism being a plus
  • Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approach, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Well-versed in various areas of travel, including domestic, international, business, holidays, groups, and individual travel
