Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams. Your primary focus will be on accurately entering patient orders and related medical information into our company software application, while adhering to the procedures set forth by our management team. You will also be required to make timely updates and corrections to patient orders, effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and patients, and work closely with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and dispatch corrective action via the appropriate departments within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter patient orders and related medical information into our company software application
  • Make timely updates and corrections to patient orders
  • Effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and patients to resolve issues and provide support
  • Work closely with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and dispatch corrective action via the appropriate departments within our organization
  • Manage both inbound and outbound phone calls in a positive and professional manner
  • Read and analyze documents such as patient orders
  • Carry out oral and written instructions
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple expectations and deadlines. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Additionally, you should have computer entry experience and be comfortable working with technology.

This position requires the use of your own equipment, and you will need to meet the following technology requirements:

  • Internet: High Speed (Minimum 50 mbps download /20 mbps upload)
  • Ethernet port or adaptor: Must be hardwired to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported) for PC or hard phone. 2 modem/router ports are required
  • Processor: 1.6 GHz or greater
  • Memory: Minimum of 8 GB RAM

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (No Chromebooks, No Mac's)
