**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their student loans
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Utilizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and productivity standards
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all arenaflex policies and procedures
**Requirements for Applicants**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
* Customer Service Work Experience, 2 years (Required)
* Call Center Work Experience, 2 years (Preferred)
* Wired internet, not wireless/Wi-Fi (Required)
* Minimum Internet connection speed of at least 10mbps (Required, may run test during phone interview if chosen)
* Proficient office and computer skills such as:
+ 10-key
+ Windows
+ Microsoft Excel
+ Word
+ Outlook
* Minimum 40-45 WPM typing speed (Required, will run test during in-person interview, if chosen)
* English (Required)
* Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)
* Must be able to obtain a Public Trust 5C Background Investigation after hire (Details provided during interview, if chosen)

arenaflex's call center hours of operation are:
* Monday: 7am - 10pm
* Tuesday - Friday: 7am - 7pm
* Saturday: 9am - 1pm
