About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Advanced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Data Insights and Analytics group, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business clients across the Disney Pack, including Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about using data to drive business decisions and drive growth.

Job Responsibilities

The Advanced Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with business leaders to identify key business challenges and develop insightful solutions to address these challenges
• Creating a continuous pipeline of data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Performing in-depth pattern analysis to identify drivers of business outcomes and develop predictive models
• Defining and analyzing audience segments to inform business strategies and drive Pack growth
• Working with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources and develop a comprehensive understanding of Pack trends and drivers

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, with expertise in R/Python/SAS (or other statistical analysis tools) and SQL
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to regression analysis, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques
• Experience working with large datasets, identifying patterns, and utilizing various data sources and tools
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner
• Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data, and develop actionable recommendations

Favored Capabilities

While not required, experience in the following areas would be a plus:

• Experience working in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services
• Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing industry
