With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we're committed to building long-lasting relationships with our customers. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues related to Plan prescription benefits, eligibility, and claim payment.
