Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the government contracting space. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative on our FL DOC 20240730 project, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to customers of the Florida Department of Commerce. You will be responsible for assisting callers with online applications, responding to telephone inquiries, and reporting problems through our easy online system. If you have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** * Utilize standard call-center technology, including telephones, email, and web browsers, to provide exceptional support to customers of the Florida Department of Commerce. * Assist callers in completing online applications and respond to telephone inquiries within set time parameters. * Report problems through our easy online system and respond to written and telephone inquiries from claimants and third-party contacts. * Participate in training, team meetings, and reviews of internal and external communications to ensure seamless support to our customers. * Adhere to provided schedules and privacy rules set forth by the programs we serve. * Complete all assigned training as necessary and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies as they apply to the various programs we service. * Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. **Education, Skills, and Qualifications** * High School diploma or equivalent required. * Minimum 1 year of customer service/call center experience required. * Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently. * Experience working with a PC and the Windows operating system required. * Ability to type a minimum of 20 WPM. * Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to organize simultaneous tasks. * Ability to work as a member of a team and effectively work within established contractual turnaround times. * Experience working with the Florida Department of Commerce (Unemployment) highly preferred. **Screening and Reasonable Accommodation** * You may be required to undergo background screening and fingerprinting as a requirement of the project. * arenaflex complies with federal and state disability laws and makes reasonable accommodation for applicants and employees with disabilities.
