**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Collections Account Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Complying with reputed company specified FDCPA, state and reputed company laws and provisions, as outlined in the arenaflex Compliance with FDCPA and State Collection laws Statement, the arenaflex A/R Training program and the FDCPA Test
* Making arrangements with the customers to pay balance in full or set up the best possible arrangements

* Correcting any deficiencies or oversights as outlined by U/M or Manager during telephone monitor, file activity, or QA reviews
* Maintaining good reputed company relations

* Adhering to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
