Our pharmacists play a vital role in the U.S. healthcare system, providing a wide range of pharmacy and healthcare services, including those that promote equitable access to care for the nation's medically underserved populations. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Data Architect at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Developing and maintaining a robust data architecture framework that supports our business objectives * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize data systems * Ensuring high-quality data pipelines and analytics capabilities * Developing and maintaining enterprise data models, including facts models, fact dictionaries, and technical metadata * Analyzing and aligning with other business models to ensure data consistency and integrity * Defining and maintaining data technology architecture, data integration architecture, and data warehouse and BI architecture * Defining and maintaining enterprise taxonomies and namespaces * Defining and maintaining meta-facts architecture * Conceptualizing the general facts architectural framework for large, complex evaluations of facts * Studying and translating commercial enterprise, applications, information, facts, reporting, and analytical necessities into an architectural blueprint * Leveraging data and knowledge to ensure the most effective structure layout from a technical performance, performance, and operational value perspective * Monitoring and evaluating trends and improvements in the data market to determine if they can successfully enhance the performance of internal systems and/or hardware * Designing and implementing technical requirements relative to deployed data systems to ensure their powerful renovation and solid management * Planning large enhancements or structure improvements to enhance performance and functioning as the task manager for large improvements * Collaborating with Data Engineers on data model, its renovation, and optimization, as well as end-to-end data-driven integration strategy * Participating in growing the Destiny Nation data structure requirements, guidelines, and principles * Optimizing performance of queries and ELT/ETL procedures * Enhancing batch processes by optimizing for more contemporary-day near real-time capabilities * Building high-quality data pipelines riding analytic answers * Driving data platform architectural choices and improvement requirements **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology * At least 4 years of experience in data/analytics architecture, engineering design, configuration experience, and/or related discipline * At least 1 year of experience in domain-specific architecture * Experience developing cloud-based solutions * Knowledge of DevOps * At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace * At least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team management * Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within the country and out of the country) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology * Experience with data warehousing, business intelligence, and data analytics * Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Familiarity with data integration tools, such as Informatica or Talend * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI **Benefits:** * Company-Paid Life Insurance * Medical, Prescription Drugs, Dental, and Vision * Retirement Savings Plan – 401(k) * Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Holidays * Paid Parental Leave (PPL) * Transportation Benefit Plan * Employee Store Discount * Voluntary Life & Personal Accident Insurance **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and experienced data professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application through our website.
