**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Management**

**Job Summary:**
We're looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our arenaflex team. As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between our Centralized computer and Application Development divisions. You'll work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support our DC operations. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain systems, and we're excited to have you on board!
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless communication between our Centralized computer and Application Development divisions
* Collaborate with MHE merchants to manage information handling and data storage
* Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks, to ensure efficient data processing and management
* Coordinate all data backups and recovery procedures, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum data security
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the Distribution Center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
* Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
* Maintain and support LAN (Local Area Network) design, ensuring seamless communication between departments
* Implement all future software updates, ensuring our systems remain up-to-date and secure
* Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, and other materials, and report usage to MIS
* Regulate non-exempt staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security, to ensure data integrity and security
* Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end-users
* Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges, reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
* Develop reporting tools for clients to gain better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, using Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
* Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, driving continuous improvement and process optimization
**Required Capabilities:**
* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, and other relevant technologies
* 2+ years of experience working in a delivery climate, with a strong understanding of supply chain systems and logistics
* 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis
* Must be local, as this is not a remote job (although we do offer remote work options for some positions)
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* Project management experience, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project planning
* Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
