This will involve working closely with our utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs, as well as growing our knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to outline and transform the facts within our Cornerstone large data platform. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs * Grow knowledge of VOC methods and leverage them to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out and builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies * Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques * Experience with Agile project management methodologies **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
