Our team designs, develops, and maintains highly scalable technology solutions infused with innovative designs, data analysis, and digital solutions. **Job Overview and Responsibilities** As a Data Analytics Manager, you'll be part of arenaflex's Computerized Channels, Personalization, and Devotion innovation Product Investigation group. In this role, you'll create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Computerized Channels, Personalization, and Devotion innovation groups. You'll also lead and train a team that will work closely with the Computerized Tasks Community (DOC) on operational metrics. Your key responsibilities will include: * Interpreting data from various sources, analyzing patterns and trends, and reclassifying it into meaningful insights to improve Operational Excellence (Bull) * Identifying application upgrades and establishing metrics for measurement * Areas of focus will include, but are not limited to: + Data Representations + Application execution analysis + Error patterns, top variables contributing to errors + Recognize, plan, and implement internal process upgrades: suggestions for execution and greater flexibility + Displaying and coding of data **arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer** We're committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed. arenaflex initiates, utilizes, trains, adjusts, and advances without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical ability, age, veteran status, and other protected status as required by relevant law. **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Software engineering, Science, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Operations Research) preferred * 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Insight Engineer, or a related analytical role * 1+ year (3+ years preferred) as a Manager and at least 2 years in a Fortune 500 organization * Experience creating presentations for colleagues and leaders at a MD and VP level and communicating with all levels of management * Demonstrated Group Manager, ability to communicate a vision, motivate the team towards that vision, and provide support to achieve it * Master-level BI dashboarding experience (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc...) to deliver meaningful, rich dashboards * Advanced SQL skills * Strong analytical skills, using data to solve problems * Willingness to pursue complex data sets * Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks with a focus on results * Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications** * Graduate degree in a quantitative field preferred * Certifications including Google Data Analytics Professional Certification, Power BI Data Analyst Partner, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Enterprise Data Warehouse certifications, Palantir, Customer Side execution metrics tools such as Quantum Metrics * Experience with DataDog/AppD/Kibana * Experience with Enterprise Monitoring Systems * Experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio * Experience with AWS - Redshift, Quicksight, Athena * Experience with Big Question, Quantum Metrics, Akamai * Experience with text analysis and AI * Data Visualization experience * Familiarity with Python, Flash, R * Continuous coordination and delivery using Scrum approaches **Why join arenaflex?** As a Data Analytics Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with a diverse team, and make a real impact on the airline industry.
