**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to individuals seeking financial planning advice. Your daily activities may include:
* Helping clients understand their financial planning options and making informed decisions about their retirement, investments, life insurance, and other financial products
* Assisting with retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and other financial planning needs
* Providing education and support to clients on long-term care, life insurance, and other financial planning topics
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional customer service
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the most accurate and informed guidance to clients
**Desirable Experience**
While prior experience in the financial industry is not mandatory, we're looking for candidates with:
* Excellent customer service skills and a genuine willingness to help others
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people
