In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat, responding to live messages on websites and social media platforms, and providing exceptional support to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll work closely with our Marketing and Operations departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of top-notch support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to live chat messages on websites and social media platforms, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Share sales links and offer discounts to customers, promoting arenaflex's products and services.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of top-notch support.
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to provide unique solutions to customer issues.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
**Essential Qualifications**
- Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, as well as a reliable internet connection.
- Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively through online chat.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
