**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for processing in-bound calls with third-party clients, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process in-bound calls with third-party clients, using proper phone etiquette to provide great customer service and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
* Communicate effectively with customers, reading FAQs verbatim and addressing their needs to provide accurate information, process inquiries, and solve problems
* Document all calls appropriately, following all procedures as dictated by policy and procedures
* Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, adhering to structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor
* Work continuously towards professional development, using downtime productively to improve your knowledge of cases and projects that the client handles
* Reliable and dependable adherence to attendance requirements, complying with scheduled lunches and breaks to ensure adequate phone coverage unless otherwise directed by the team Supervisor
* Attend all scheduled training as required
* Accomplish other general tasks as required or necessary
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required; 18 years or older
* 6 months - 1 year of Customer Service experience, or Call Center experience, and desktop applications experience
* Typing 35-40 WPM
* Schedule Flexibility
* Effective communication and literacy skills. Ability to read scripted responses naturally, with confidence and accuracy
* Ability to deal with customers from diverse backgrounds
* Excellent computer skills with quick and accurate typing, the ability to open several applications at one time and review documents with attention to detail and accuracy
* Quality Customer Service Skills
* Ability to handle escalated calls, with empathy and professionalism
* Decision making and problem-solving skills
* Excellent time management skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
